Waiver of Claims

It is expressly agreed that the use of Elite Performance Center, LLC (The Kabuki Strength Lab) facilities, participation in The Lab sponsored events, outside activities or transportation provided by The Lab shall be undertaken by the member or guest at his/her sole risk and neither The Lab, Elite Strength Equipment LLC (Kabuki Strength), its representatives, agents, or owners shall be liable for any injuries or any damages to any member or guest, or the property of any Member or Guest, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damages whatsoever. Neither The Lab, Kabuki Strength, its representatives, agents, or owners shall be responsible or liable to Members or their Guest(s) for articles damaged, lost, stolen in or about The Lab, or in lockers, or for loss or damages to any property including but not limited to automobiles and the contents thereof. 

Further, it is agreed that photographic images of Members or Guests may be used by The Lab, Kabuki Strength, its representatives, agents, or owners for marketing purposes without further permission or release. 

Physical Examination. All Members or Guests are strongly encouraged to have a complete physical examination by a medical doctor prior to beginning any program of strenuous new activity. If a proposed Member or Guest has a history of heart disease, he/she should consult a physician before joining or exercising at (The Lab).
