Many fighters believe that the best way to become better at their sport is to simply keep fighting. All too often are the foundational principles of S&C either completely butchered or utterly ignored by combat sport athletes and coaches alike. Stefi has seen this firsthand in the combat sport community as she furthers her career as a professional boxer while applying her vast knowledge of physical therapy and exercise physiology. During this lecture, students will take a comprehensive look at how a strength-based training program can forge better athletes who will, in turn, become better fighters.
