What is an In-Person Consultation?
Consultation sessions include a full movement analysis (based on loaded movement), corrective interventions, and strategies for long term success. Consultations generally take 2 hours to complete based on your needs and how quickly you respond to our corrective interventions. These sessions are hands on and you’ll work privately with a member of our coaching staff.
Consultations may also be used also to discuss topics such as velocity-based training, periodization, program design, exercises to address weak points, and anything you want to discuss. We work with a wide range of athletes, including athletes new to barbell training, higher level athletes who need to get that extra 2% out of their technique, and coaches who want to learn skills to assess their own clients with.
Once purchased a member of our staff will reach out to you for appointment booking.
- Full Athlete Assessment – Each Consultation runs about 2 hours depending on what we need to work through. We’ll assess your biomechanics, provide you with corrective interventions, and strategies for long term improvement. If you decide to pursue Weekly coaching we’ll put the cost of the consultation towards your first month of coaching.
- Private 1-on-1 Session – You’ll work 1-on-1 with one of our qualified coaches in a private setting to ensure our complete focus is on you.
- Corrective Interventions – We’ll teach you how to perform drills correctly to improve your mechanics and adjust your technique to get the most out of your leverages.
- Strategies for Long Term Improvement – Once we finish up your session we’ll send you home with strategies for continued improvement.
Our coaching staff has the ability to assess exercise and human movement for areas needing refinement in the field of strength training. Our coaching staff does not diagnose injury or provide injury rehabilitative services. Please seek out the appropriate medical attention for an injury you may be experiencing to receive a professional medical diagnosis.
