Biography

 

Lauren Hyser has worked in the fields of general fitness, sports performance, collegiate strength, competitive weightlifting, nutritional performance, and group and personal training for more than ten years. With an athlete and client base ranging from six to seventy-five years old, she has had the opportunity to coach and educate thousands of people, including coaching athletes who have gone on to medal at the USA weightlifting championships. She currently runs an Integrated Health Coaching Mentorship teaching coaches how to raise the bar for clients with complex health-related issues. She previously worked as the Education Manager for Eleiko Education. In addition to being certified by several organizations, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology. Certifications: PN-1; USAW-1, USAW-2, CF-L2, Kinstretch, FRC Practitioner, PPSC-L1
