Course Syllabus

Heart rate variability has exploded in popularity over the last 3-5 years and yet most people don't truly understand what it is, how it works, or the most effective strategies to use it to improve results. I've spent the last 20 years using HRV on a daily basis with everyone from world champions to general population clients that just want to look and feel their best.

In this course, I'll cover the most effective strategies to help you use HRV to:

1.  Measure and track how your body is adapting to stress on a daily basis
2.  Optimize your training load to avoid overtraining and maximize results
3.  Evaluate long-term trends to measure changes in aerobic fitness and adaptability
4.  Prevent the accumulation of fatigue and increased risk of injury associated with it
